Crunchies Tickets On Sale Now

It’s time! The first batch of tickets for the 6th Annual Crunchies Awards are available now. Tickets will be released in batches for the annual event honoring the best achievements in tech brought to you by GigaOM, VentureBeat and TechCrunch for general admission purchase. The Crunchies will return, with all its geek royalty glory, to the Davies Symphony Hall, with the after party to immediately follow at the same venue. Last year the Crunchies brought together Marissa Mayer, Jack Dorsey, Ron Conway, Reid Hoffman and Ben Horowitz, to name a few. Everyone put on their party clothes and came out for the hottest party to kick off the new year in tech.

This year promises to be even better. We’ve got some surprises in store. Tickets will sell out quickly, so don’t delay in getting your seat for this year’s festivities. If you miss your chance to get your tickets today, we’ll release another batch soon. Check TechCrunch and our partners, GigaOM and VentureBeat, for future ticket release announcements.

Nominations opened last week and are pouring in. Make sure that you keep nominating those deserving startups, tenacious entrepreneurs and clairvoyant investors. Which is the best Education Startup? Who is your favorite Venture Capitalist? Which Technology Achievement wowed you in 2012? (Pro Tip: When you nominate an individual, be sure to include their last name!) Nominations close at 11:59 p.m. PST on December 6th. Your vote may be the difference that makes your favorite a finalist. All finalists will be announced in early January and ready to take the main stage at the Davies on January 31st.
